12. California Supplement

This California Privacy Supplement applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to CHCollective’s processing of their personal information. It supplements the other provisions of this Privacy Notice.

Submitting and Verifying a Request

You may also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization and may verify your identity and authority in accordance with applicable law.

We will verify requests using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and will use information collected for verification only for that purpose. We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days, and may extend that period when permitted by law after providing required notice.
