The CHCollective Purchasing Summit & Reverse Expo

The Community Health Center Supply Chain Event

November 10-13, 2025, Ft. Worth, TX

Attend the Summit

Having a sound purchasing and material management strategy ensures that health centers operate efficiently and achieve elements of the Quintuple Aim, which focuses on improved patient and provider experience at a reduced cost. Also, post-pandemic, health centers have felt a disproportionate level of economic pressure resulting from Medicaid redetermination and rising healthcare costs. These factors have made supply chain management more important than ever.

The CHCollective Purchasing Summit is the only national health center conference for supply chain management and purchasing. The Summit focuses on cost savings, innovation, operational exercises, and technology. Attendees will hear from experts in the field and from health center purchasing professionals about emerging trends, initiatives, and tools to optimize health center supply chain management.

As a partner of Provista-Vizient, CHCollective offers health centers the benefits of the largest group purchasing organization in the country. Summit Content

Summit sessions, lectures, and events include:

  • Presentations from health center supply chain professionals who discuss unique initiatives and processes at their health centers.
  • Lectures on emerging trends and tools within health center supply chain.
  • Networking events allowing health center supply chain professionals to meet peers from across the country and build relationships.
  • Reverse expo where health center employees can share details of their unique organizations with helpful potential partners.

Reverse Expo

A unique aspect of the CHCollective Purchasing Summit is its reverse expo. In a reverse expo, it is the conference attendees (i.e., health center employees) who staff the exhibit booth in the expo hall while conference sponsors file through and visit the booths. The reverse expo is a fun aspect of the Summit and deepens the event’s culture of collaboration, connecting health centers with innovative partners and ensuring that registration is free for attendees.
