Mr. Daniel is Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel for Presbyterian Medical Services (“PMS”), a large community health center headquartered in Santa Fe, NM operating 50+ clinics and numerous other health and human service programs including Head Start/Early Head Start, programs serving the developmentally disabled, senior centers, pre-K and home visiting programs.

Concurrently, Mr. Daniel serves as Executive Director of Community Health Best Practices, LLC, a national health center-controlled network comprised of seventeen leading community health centers located throughout the United States. In that role, Mr. Daniel leads the LLC’s strategic business operations and has played an integral role in designing and managing key group purchasing programs that annually save millions of dollars for community health centers throughout the country.

Prior to joining Presbyterian Medical Services in 2003, Mr. Daniel was an attorney in the health care practice group at Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis, MO, where he represented health care industry clients in a full range of regulatory and transactional matters including HIPAA privacy and security, health care fraud and abuse, mergers and acquisitions and complex health care joint ventures.
