
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Preethi Kembaiyan is a Director in Facktor’s Finance Division and oversees Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) planning and designation projects, financial planning and analysis for mergers and acquisitions, as well as fiscal compliance projects. Her work supports large university and public healthcare systems, Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), and community-based healthcare and social service organizations. Kembaiyan has also served as contracted Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at several FQHCs. Prior to her work in healthcare finance, Kembaiyan spent over a decade supporting health centers, social service agencies, and public health institutions, with a focus on institutional fundraising and program development. Kembaiyan holds a BA in Anthropology and Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing her MBA at Emory University.
