Terry Brooks, Regional Director, Community Health Centers

Terry Brooks is a Regional Director supporting Community Health Centers, bringing nearly two decades of experience at McKesson and over a decade of expertise in CHC supply chain strategy and technology leadership. She has served as a trusted advisor to health centers nationwide, designing and facilitating supply chain process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles and both proprietary and third-party software solutions.

In her current role, Terry serves as a trusted advisor to community health centers, helping them maximize cost savings and implement strategic solutions that support their mission. She draws on her background in inventory management and 340B program implementation to inform her guidance, while focusing on building strong partnerships, identifying value-driven opportunities, and aligning resources to meet the evolving needs of CHCs. Her work also includes educating internal teams on the unique needs and operational challenges of community health centers, and representing McKesson at national conferences and trade shows.

A three-time Eagle Sales Support award winner, Terry holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
