Frequently Asked Questions

What is the CHCollective Purchasing Summit & Reverse Expo?

The CHCollective Purchasing Summit & Reverse Expo is the only conference for Community Health Centers focused on supply chain management and purchasing. This gathering brings together purchasing managers, operations leaders, and finance professionals to explore innovative purchasing strategies, connect with industry-leading suppliers, and address operational priorities.

The Reverse Expo is a unique networking opportunity where health center representatives (buyers) host booths and suppliers visit them. This format flips the traditional expo model, creating a more efficient and impactful way to build connections and foster partnerships.

When and where will the 2025 Summit take place?

The 2025 CHCollective Purchasing Summit & Reverse Expo will be held from November 10-13, 2025, at the AC Hotel in Ft. Worth, TX.

Who can attend the Summit?

Participation is open to registered community health centers. Please note that you must be a registered participant to attend any sessions or events.

What is the Reverse Expo, and how does it work?

What is a Reverse Expo?

A reverse expo flips the traditional expo model: health center attendees (not vendors) staff tables, while suppliers and sponsors walk the room and visit each table. This format fosters meaningful, efficient conversations and makes networking easier for health centers.

When is the Reverse Expo?

The Reverse Expo will take place on Day 2 of the Summit, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

What do health centers need to bring?

Just your business cards! There’s no need for displays or prep work. Simply show up, take a seat at your designated table, and be ready to connect.

How does the Reverse Expo work?

Each health center is assigned a table in the expo hall. Suppliers and sponsors rotate through the room, visiting each table for brief, focused conversations.

You’ll have the opportunity to share your needs, ask questions, and learn about new solutions without the pressure of a traditional exhibit booth.

Is this a big time or resource commitment?

Not at all! The Reverse Expo is intentionally designed to be a “light lift.” There’s no setup, teardown, or need to bring materials—just yourself and your business cards. You’ll spend the session at your table while suppliers come to you.

Why participate in the Reverse Expo?

  • Free registration: Participation in the Reverse Expo is what allows us to offer free registration to health centers.
  • Efficient networking: Meet multiple suppliers in one place, without leaving your seat.
  • Collaborative spirit: The Reverse Expo is a fun, signature part of the Summit that deepens our culture of collaboration and connection.
  • Direct access: You get direct access to innovative partners who want to support your health center’s mission.

What if I don’t know what to say to suppliers?

No worries! Suppliers are there to introduce themselves and share how they can help. You can ask about their products, pricing, or simply share what your health center is looking for. There’s no pressure—just a chance to connect and learn.

Do I need to prepare a presentation or display?

No presentations or displays are necessary. The focus is on conversation and relationship-building.

What if I have to step away?

If you need to step away for a moment, that’s perfectly fine—just let an event staff member know.

If you have more questions about the Reverse Expo or need help preparing, please reach out to the Summit team—we’re here to help!

Is this event the same as the Delta Purchasing Alliance (DPA) Summit?

As the DPA has transitioned into a CHCollective program, this event now reflects CHCollective’s broader mission to serve community health centers with cost-saving solutions and resources. The partnership with the DPA remains strong, and DPA members continue to enjoy exclusive benefits.
