As you likely have heard or read in the news, the ongoing government shutdown has led to the Federal Aviation Administration announcing a plan to reduce by 10% the number of flights coming through major airports. While we only have a few details at this point in time, it is our understanding that air traffic reductions will be implemented at roughly 40 major airports across the country, perhaps as early as Friday, November 7.

We recognize the air traffic situation may impact your ability to get to Dallas/Fort Worth. Please monitor your flight status with your chosen airline and, however your travels unfold over the coming days, please be safe.

If you determine that you cannot make it to the Purchasing Summit, or delays cause you to arrive after the Summit starts, we ask that you please notify us as soon as you can. You can contact us at: attendees@chcollective.com to inform us of cancellation or delay.
